Aurora Dawn

While visiting the Palm Springs Art Museum I discovered Gisela Colon’s Brave New World installation. The works reminded me of the alien spacecrafts in Denis Villeneuve’s Arrival, and the obelisk from Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey. I shot some test video on my new iPhone 11, quickly cut this together as a way to teach myself how to edit using Premiere Rush on my iPhone, and sent the assembly to my good friend Ed UFO! so that he could provide a score.
